The Blue Pegasus Foundation

The Blue Pegasus Foundation is a non-profit corporation. Its purpose is to receive and distribute funds to charitable and non-profit organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, and to provide educational scholarships to needy and deserving high school graduates to assist them in achieving higher education.

The corporation is organized pursuant to the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, is organized for non-profit purposes and is a 501(c)(3) organization under the IRS Code.
